Moline Public Library and Quad City Arts are teaming up to produce original artwork for the library. Students ages13-18 are invited to participate in a free series of book-sculpture workshops utilizing old books beyond repair to create new works of art. Workshops will be 1-4 p.m. on Saturdays, Jan. 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2011 at the Moline Public Library. Registration is required and due by Jan. 3.
