A Librarian Reads…

Bone Gap by Laura Ruby

People go missing all the time in Bone Gap, IL. Finn’s own mother ran off to Colorado with an orthodontist, leaving his older brother Sean to take care of him. But Roza was different. She just showed up one day and stole everyone’s heart – especially Sean’s. But when she does missing too, no one will believe Finn that she was kidnapped. As past blends with present and reality blends with impossibility, Finn and Roza search desperately for something they aren’t even sure exists anymore.

If you like mysteries with a hint of magical realism, you must check out this fascinating tale. It will keep you guessing to the very end. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
