Death by Toilet Paper by Donna Gephart
Ben has lost a lot lately. His dad just died, his mother is struggling to make ends meet, and they might lose their apartment anyway. But the scratchy, horrible toilet paper his mom has started buying in place of his favorite plan is almost more than Ben can bear. Luckily, they have a plan. His mom is close to passing her CPA exam, and then she’ll get a great job. And Ben is just sure he’s going to win a big prize in one of the many sweepstakes he enters. But life doesn’t always go according to plan.
