Students in grades 4-8 can learn the basic LEGO Robotics as part of the Project Next Generation grant. Create commands and modify them to have your robot compete in a sumo-bot contest. Attendance at all three sessions on November 6, 13, and 20 is recommended.

The Moline Public Library will be closed on Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24 to observe the Thanksgiving holiday

Students in grades 6 through 12 can enjoy a variety of video games, board games, computer games, crafts, and other activities at the Moline Public Library during After School Fun. Featuring Squishy Circuits! Drop in any time. No registration required

Students in grades 4-12 are needed for Illinois Veteran’s History Project Training. Learn interview techniques, how to use recording equipment, and the project’s guidelines. Interviews with veterans will be scheduled in April and May. This workshop is part of the Project Next Generation grant. No registration required and bus passes are available to participants.
