Tween/Teen Gaming will take place on Wednesday, October 10 @ 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. Enjoy a variety of video games, board games, and computer games at in the second floor program room. Drop in anytime. No registration required. Grades 6-12.

The Library asks you to celebrate Teen Read Week and to represent Moline in the 2018 Quad City Area Libraries’ Teen Reading Challenge! Teens in grade 6-12 can pick up a reading log at the Library after Sept. 22 and will have four weeks to read as many minutes as they can before returning to their logs to the Library (Reading logs due to Library by Monday, Oct. 22). Teens will receive a finishing prize, entries into many gift card raffles, and a ticket for the teen plus a friend to attend an after-hours Teen Reading Challenge Party at the Moline Library on Friday, Oct. 26 at 6pm. For more information, contact the Moline Public Library at 309-524-2470 or visit us at 3210 41st Street, Moline, IL or online at www.molinelibrary.com.

The Teen Reading Challenge ends on Saturday, October 24. Be sure to turn in your Reading Logs by Thursday, October 29 to get your prizes and be entered into the drawings. If you’ve read at least 250 minutes, you are invited to the Final Party on Friday, October 30 from 6:00 to 7:30, which will be held at the Moline Public Library.
